This guide describes common requests, not an automatic acceptance list. Photos, condition, weight, access and disposal rules determine whether an item can be scheduled.
Household machines
Disconnected appliances may be reviewed. Refrigerant, gas, electrical and water requirements must be handled appropriately.
Televisions and e-waste
Identify electronics before booking and remove personal data from computers and storage devices.
Cleanout loads
Garage, basement, rental, estate, office and storage-unit loads with clear authorization and item instructions.
Pre-separated renovation debris
Non-hazardous materials may be considered after weight, quantity and material type are reviewed.
Oversized and dense items
Pianos, hot tubs, safes, pool tables, concrete, soil and unusually heavy items are not automatically accepted.
Not ordinary junk: fuels, paint, chemicals, compressed cylinders, medical waste, unknown liquids, asbestos-containing materials, contaminated soil and unsafe biohazards require specialized handling and may be declined.
