Information that helps before arrival

- Wide photos showing all items
- Stairs, elevators, gates and parking
- Heavy, oversized or damaged items
- Preferred timing and access contact
Important limits: Customers must remove personal data and arrange secure data destruction when required. No guarantee of recycling percentage or compensation is made unless documented for the specific load.
