How planning works
Information that helps before arrival
- Pickup address and city
- Wide photos showing all items
- Stairs, elevators, gates and parking
- Heavy, oversized or damaged items
- Preferred timing and access contact
Important limits: Do not include fuel, paint, chemicals, compressed cylinders, medical waste, unknown liquids or suspected asbestos. Wet, moldy, sewage-affected or pest-contaminated items require separate disclosure and may be declined.
