Information that helps before arrival

- Stairs, elevators, gates and parking
- Heavy, oversized or damaged items
- Preferred timing and access contact
Important limits: Hazardous waste, regulated materials, unknown liquids, asbestos-containing materials and unsafe sites require specialized providers. Structural demolition, dismantling, disconnection and trade work are not included unless specifically confirmed in writing.
