How planning works
Information that helps before arrival
- Pickup address and city
- Wide photos showing all items
- Stairs, elevators, gates and parking
- Heavy, oversized or damaged items
- Preferred timing and access contact
Important limits: Let It Go does not determine ownership or legal abandonment. The customer must obtain all notices, permissions and legal authority required before removal.
