Storage facilities often have specific gate, elevator and loading rules. The customer must be present or provide valid authorization and ensure the unit is accessible at the agreed time.
How planning works
Information that helps before arrival

- Stairs, elevators, gates and parking
- Heavy, oversized or damaged items
- Preferred timing and access contact
Important limits: The customer remains responsible for facility fees, access authorization and identifying any documents, valuables or items that must not be removed.
